FAQ

  • Do I Need A Reservation To Visit The Cats?

Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee a spot for you in our cat lounge, especially on weekends. However, we typically will have walk-ins available on your average weekday. You DO NOT need a reservation to visit the cafe side though. Only the Lounge.

  • Is The Cafe Separate From The Cat Lounge?

Yes, the cafe is separated from the lounge by a wall and two glass doors. This helps to ensure safety of all.

  • Are Children Allowed In the Lounge?

Children are allowed in our cat lounge, as we truly believe early exposure to animals helps to shape a young persons life. We do however want to ensure safety of our feline residents and tiny human visitors. So we have very strictly enforced rules in place to protect children and kitties alike. No picking up kitties, no chasing kitties, etc. for a full list of rules, please give us a call.

  • How Does The Cat Lounge Work?

To visit our cat lounge, you will make a reservation on our website, pay $15 for your spot, sign a waiver.. arrive just before your designated hour, check in, and when the hour is up, and it’s your turn.. you can go in and snuggle kitties! If you’re a walk-in.. you’ll pay the $15 cat lounge fee, sign a waiver, and wait for the next top of the hour, for it to be your turn, then you can go inside the lounge.

Keep In Mind - No shoes are allowed in the lounge for the safety of our kitties. Socks only.

  • Are All Of The Cats Adoptable?

We have two resident kitties living permanently at the cafe to help teach younger kittens the ropes of things. Other than that, the rest are all adoptable through our rescue partners.

  • What Food & Drinks Are Served?

We serve boba teas, milk and fruit teas, coffee and baked goods for your to enjoy during your visit.

  • Behind Schedule?

Once you book and pay for your reservation, your spot is secure for the entire hour you booked. If you arrive just before your hour ends, you may need to pay for another hour as it starts.
